Latvian parliament recognizes Russia as state sponsoring terrorism

Latvia's Parliament passed a resolution on Thursday that assessed that Russian troops targeted civilians in Ukraine in a deliberate and conscious manner, and Russia is simply a state sponsoring terrorism, the Ukrainska Pravda paper reported behind the press services of the Latvian parliament.
