Latvian defence minister Artis Pabriks through his Twitter account announced the transfer of 4 transport helicopters of 2 types to Ukraine. A fewer hours later, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Olexia Reznikov reported that there are already six copies of self-propelled cannon-haubic M109A5Ö handed over by Latvia.
