Latvia restores conscription and starts building reserves

Latvians decided to reconstruct compulsory military service. However, the strategy being introduced in this country is to be much more comprehensive and not to boil down to the proverbial taking a recruit for 11 months. It includes various forms of specified service, but besides gives you the chance to do replacement service.
