ALBA countries
The most predictable of the countries of the region were Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua forming the backbone of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (Spanish: Alianza Bolivariana para los Pueblos de Nuestra América, ALBA), whose reluctance to Israel is motivated by the fact that Caracas, Havana and Managua see Tel Aviv as the main ally of imperialist Washington and the tool of neoliberal Yankee globalists in the mediate East.
Bolivia
However, the strongest attitude among the ALBA countries towards Israel was Bolivia, whose position in the Bolivian movement weakened due to political instability: in the years 2019-2020, by a coup d'état of the Bolovarians, the right side was removed from power. On 31 October 2023, Sucre announced a break in diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv. The Minister of abroad Affairs of the Multinational State of Bolivia (esp. Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia) Celinda Sos Lunda justified this step "by beating an aggressive and disproportionate military offensive in the Gaza Strip", which "risks global peace and security". erstwhile president of Bolivia Luis Acre accepted Ambassador of Palestine Mahmouda Elawani, after which he condemned Israel's war crimes on social media and announced Bolivia's request to the United Nations safety Council to take action on Israel's Palestinian genocide. Sucre besides sent 73 tons of humanitarian aid to Palestine.
The demands for a tightening of Sucre's position towards Tel Aviv are put forward by the ruling leader Movimiento al Socialists (MAS) and the country's president from 2006 to 2019 Evo Morales. He criticises L. Acre for his shaky stance towards the war in Palestine, claiming that the break-up of diplomatic relations with Israel "is not enough" and that Bolivia should declare Israel a terrorist state and file a complaint at the global Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
Colombia
The harsh criticism of Israel besides emerges from the government ruled since August 2022 by the Left of Colombia. The first sovereign president in the fresh past of this country Gustavo Petro did not condemn Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, but compared in his statements on platform X of Gaza to the concentration camp in Auschwitz and the Israeli government to the Nazis. On Thursday, 9 November, the Colombian leader besides announced to press charges with Algeria in the ICC against the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu war crimes in the form of the Israeli Defence Forces massacred Palestinian children and civilians.
In the light of the statements made by G. Petro, the main allies in the Alianza Verde (AV) centre-left legislature and a number of Members most crucial in the current parliamentary hand of the Partido Liberal (PL). The criticism of Israel by Colombian leaders was besides negatively reacted by the Washington-controlled and Comprador-controlled conservative elites of Colombian mass media of Colombia to him. The president accused them in consequence to the "propaganda of global Zionism that supports the power of the Israeli far right and rejects the peaceful resolution of the 75-year conflict".
The Colombian leader besides attacked Israel’s ambassador to Bogota in an offensive way Gali Dagan. The Colombian abroad Minister responded to him. Álvaro Leyvaby ordering him to “apologize and leave”. However, the diplomatic crisis on the Bogota-Tel Aviv line was rapidly resolved, Minister Á. Leyva explained that G. Dagan was not asked out of the country and that diplomatic relations between Colombia and Israel would be maintained “if this country so wishes”.
Sunday 15 October Israeli Minister for abroad Affairs Eli Cohen announced the suspension of exports of arms to Colombia. Israel's military cooperation with Colombia has so far included supplies and maintenance of parts for Kfir's combat aircraft, a licence to manufacture Galil assault rifles, and assistance from Israeli military instructors in preparing Colombian armed forces for anti-partisan action.
The American protector of the judaic state besides reacted: October 10 U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated that G. Petro “does not help” and “does not reflect what is truly happening”; in turn, a peculiar U.S. envoy for monitoring and combating anti-Semitism (sic!) Deborah Lipstadt She stated that "President Joe Biden's administration condemns president Petro's statements".
Belize
The breaking of diplomatic relations with Israel was decided by the Yucatan English-speaking Belize Peninsula. Minister of abroad Affairs of the “Community Kingdom” (formally the head of state in Belize is British King Charles III) Eamon Courtenay explained Belmopan's position by adding that "Since 7 October 2023 Israel has been constantly violating global law, global humanitarian law and human rights of the people of Gaza", adding that the government's "primary concern" Johnny Briceño "are subjected to constant and ruthless bombings by Gazans who are denied food that is refused petrol and refused medical assistance. The object of our concern is 11,000 people who died and were killed, most of whom are women and children.”
The criticism of the judaic state was besides expressed by the Minister of the Interior of Belize Kareem Musa, stating: “It is time to end the occupation, and it is time to end the genocide. End apartheid. There will be no peace unless you halt Israel... It is very crucial that the superpowers call on Israel to suspend its weapons. This cannot be a temporary ceasefire. It can't be that I won't kill you at 8:00 this morning, but I will decide to kill you at 8:00 tonight. (...) This must be a permanent ceasefire if we are to find a two-state solution.”

Briceño and respective members of the office.
Caribbean Community
On Sunday, 12 November, a message condemning the judaic state was besides issued by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) – a 1973 treaty from Chaguamas, an organization which was formed mainly by English-speaking erstwhile colonies of the UK: Belize, Jamaica, Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Dominika, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and the remaining British colony of Montserrat. Additionally, in 1995, the erstwhile Dutch colony of Suriname was admitted to CARICOM and the French-speaking Haiti in 2002. The associated members of the organization are the current British colonies in the Caribbean region and the observers of the colonies of the Netherlands, the US and any Spanish-speaking countries of the region.
CARICOM's position expresses concern at the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, the expanding number of deaths, including women and children, calls for compliance with global humanitarian law, condemns the deficiency of respect for global humanitarian law, human rights and war rights resulting in the demolition of civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip and the deficiency of access for its residents to measures to meet basic needs, including medical care. CARICOM advocates a two-state solution, achieved by peaceful measures, based on United Nations resolutions and in accordance with global law.
The Caribbean Community calls for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the immediate release of all hostages and their humanitarian treatment in accordance with global law, the compliance by all parties with their obligations under global law, global humanitarian law and the global human rights protection system, the immediate, secure, unhindered access of Gaza residents to adequate and permanent humanitarian aid including food, water, medical aid, medicines, fuel and electricity.
Arabic-Caribbean approximation
The anti-Israeli position of the Anglo-Fonish Caribbean countries has brought them almost immediate economical benefits, which will most likely strengthen this course of CARICOM members. On Thursday, 16 November, the first summit of the Caribbean and Saudi Arabia Community took place in Riyadh. St. Vincent and Grenadines received US$50 million to finance the construction, expansion and reconstruction of buildings affected in fresh months by disasters caused by global warming and St. Kitts and Nevis received US$40 million to grow Needsmust power plants.

The Caribbean community announced in consequence support for the award of Saudi Arabia Expo in 2030 and FIFA planet Cup in 2034. Therefore, it is to be expected that the coming years will be brought closer between the Caribbean and Saudi Arabia.
