Last call to take advantage of free tests. Referrals valid until May 31

The "Prevention 40 Plus" program is coming to an end. It allows people over 40 to undergo a number of free diagnostic tests. Patients who want to take advantage of it have until April 30 to get a referral. The deadline for performing the tests will be somewhat longer.
