Largest US-Filipino Exercise. consequence to the Chinese threat

On April 11, the largest joint Balikatan exercise by U.S. and Philippine troops began in years, which will affect more than 17,000 troops. The manoeuvres are due to last until April 28. Philippine and American forces have launched exercises in the South China Sea and Taiwan Strait, according to The Guardian.
