"Neo-Judges" of the ultimate Court defend their own positions and politicization of the judiciary; the position of the 3 neo-judges is not a resolution of the ultimate Court and is not binding," said Minister of Justice, lawyer General Adam Bodnar, referring to Friday's resolution of the Criminal Chamber of the ultimate Court in the case of Dariusz Barski.
