– As to how this explosive worked, we were very lucky," said head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs Marcin Kierwiński, referring to the act of diversion on the Warsaw–Lublin railway route. In an interview with Polsat News, he said there were respective leads on who was liable for sabotage.
