Communication for local communities. Education and network expansion are key

The subject of communication one more time appeared at the gathering of the Parliamentary Committee on Digitalism, Innovation and Modern Technologies. On Thursday 17 September, representatives of the Polish Chamber of Information and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Digital Affairs presented the situation related to the improvement of telecommunications networks and the function the communication plays for average Polish residents.
