Lack of quorum and conflicting statements. Confusion in the Constitutional Tribunal

Due to the deficiency of a quorum, the General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal did not take place. 2 judges did not sign the attendance list. Judges who president Bogdan Święczkowski does not let to work besides appeared at the meeting.
