L4 on fresh terms. Exemption workers will be subject to specified rules

The planned changes are intended to introduce greater flexibility and clarify what workers on L4 can do without fear of financial consequences. Although the first date of entry into force of the amendment (January 2025) has been postponed, the bill which the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy is working on is already at an advanced phase of consultation. At the heart of the improvement is the clarification of the labour ban and the liberalisation of regular activities.
