Democracy is cancer and malignant. The war in Ukraine that Russia attacked. Whether anyone likes it or not, the authorities of both states state that they regulation democratically, i.e. by the will of the people. And for the people, of course. As a result, average people fighting on both sides are almost guaranteed to be declared “criminals” if they enter captivity. Then, under the law of the organization to which they will go, they will go to prison and possibly to be shot.

Both sides cast a hard-hit propaganda – Russians compose about the universal Nazism of Ukrainians and the usage of children as surviving shields. On the another hand, the Kiev authorities compose about the heroic death of respective defenders, who later turned out to have given up, and there were respective twelve of them, again about genocide, to which they do not want to set up any global commission, in contrast to the alleged perpetrator of the party. But you know – all for the people.
Now the Kremlin announces that Ukrainian defenders of Mariupola will be tried. And not even formally by Russia, but by the DRL judiciary. Ukrainian soldiers surrendered at the command of their command.
Only regimes based on democratic ideology could come up with an thought to justice and convict enemy soldiers who followed orders and did not commit war crimes. Russia is giving a demonstration in which people who were soldiers will endure – the secondary issue is whether they were volunteers or conscripts. If these others, then the greater the crime of democratic ideology, although volunteers should not be convicted erstwhile they fought openly in war.
Of course, Ukraine has done akin maneuvers before. In the flood of the hatchet propaganda, "where the Russians will not appear, there are crimes" – despite the fact that there were at the same time quite a few messages, that the Kremlin sends in a large number of not only Russians, but besides Chechens or widely understood Asians – the media informed about fast processes of "criminals". In all, small was even devoted in the media to presenting the charge, as a convicted soldier was to do. It was only claimed that “a criminal was tried and convicted”. And who asked what crime he specifically committed became the legendary “Russian onus”.
Of course, these events concern the Turkic region, due to the fact that both Russia and Ukraine belong to this primitive civilization circle. But looking at how the media reported it, for example in Poland, I have no uncertainty that in the event of any non-total war it will be the same for us. Was it bad luck for you that you went to the army with a organization that was losing and being taken prisoner? They will most likely announce to you a “criminal” so that the large media will have fart-proof material allegedly proving that you and your bias – with which you have nothing in common, but that you were in their controlled territory – are criminals.
In ancient times, it was apparent that power was power, and the people were people. There was no illusion of equality between the 2 states. And although the people fought for power—in a forcefully forced manner—it was not much of an thought for the people of the defeated organization to justice and in the light of pretend-law to convict. It was known that the people on both sides simply wanted to do what the rulers ordered him to do and go home to their business. Is the war over? Did you make it? You're going home.
However, now – in the name of democratism and the crucial improvement of this ideology in the mentality of societies, and thus besides the associated totality – the conflict between the 2 governments is presented not only as a war between nations, but even civilizations. And I remind you that both countries belong to the same circle. The end of war is frequently the beginning of another drama for average people who simply followed orders. And unless they follow strict criminal orders, they should be left alone. If a individual is accused of a crime or of complicity in it, it is essential – as always, although in our age of civilization's fall it is unfortunately not apparent – to start a trial, to press charges, to prove guilt and to refute the defence. In the meantime, judging from reports of one- or two-day trials of the opposing party's soldiers, it is alternatively hard to presume that this was a process another than a demonstration. If it always truly happened, it's a different thing.
Finally, I will callback the sad fact. It has been widely known since the last century that the “criminal” is always defeated and the winning organization is cleared of all charges. I'm certain that's the case. It is only a pity for low-level soldiers, both sides, whose tribunals of the hostile organization are complaining for propaganda purposes and who will lose their lives. Whether metaphorically, going to prison for 15 years or literally. People who were sent even though they didn't want it, and they just tried to survive, like in the war.
