Rumors about Kuwait's possible transfer of M-84AB tanks appeared in early January of this year, although only in respective Ukrainian sources. Due to the deficiency of confirmation of this information in another sources, it was approached with a large reserve. It was then reported that about 200 M-84AB tanks would be transferred along with the M-84ABK command version (about 15 units). In the meantime, the vehicles would go to Croatia for repairs at Djuro Djakovic plants, after which they would be transported to Ukraine. Thus, the number of vehicles transferred would have been higher than that promised to Kiev by Germany, the USA and Spain together. Given the proximity of method solutions to the T-72 household cars, Ukrainian soldiers would take as long to train for them as in Leopards 2 or M1 Abrams. However, due to the very low number of sources and their dubious credibility, the author did not undertake to describe this.
