The parliament voted to waive the immunity of Zbigniew Ziobra, which was faced with a sharp reaction from Jack Kurski. The erstwhile TVP president criticised Donald Tusk in decisive words, calling him "a bastard."

On Friday, the Sejm decided to waive the immunity of Zbigniew Ziobrze, so that the prosecution could charge him. These relate, among another things, to the embezzlement of a crucial amount of money or the mismanagement of the Justice Fund.

There has been a heated debate in the Sejm about the waiver of immunity. Ziobro was accused of abuse of power or setting up competitions for grants. Prime Minister Donald Tusk claimed that “there is no request for any retaliation or revenge.”
