A seismic scandal involving Members of Law and Justice and the Confederation. Marshal Szymon Holownia announces severe consequences and changes in the Rules of Procedure. The amendments are intended to let for the examination of Members with a breathalyzer.


Marshal of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia informed that he would request the punishment of MPs Edward Siarka (PiS) and Ryszard Wilk (Confederation) with the highest possible punishment - PLN 20 1000 each. The Holovnia besides stressed that he had commissioned the Chancellery of the Sejm to prepare solutions that would let Members to survey with a breathalyst.

"Sirak and Wilk MPs compromised themselves and the Sejm" - wrote Holovnia on platform X, referring to events from Thursday evening erstwhile Richard Wilk was asked out of the gathering area due to apparent indisposition, and Edward Siarka shouted in relation to Prime Minister Donald Tusk "ball in the head".

The Holovnia informed that it would bring about the punishment of both Members with the highest possible punishment - 20 1000 zlotys each. He added that he had commissioned the Chancellery of the Sejm to prepare solutions that would let Members to survey with a breathalyst.

"There's no approval for snarling. We are ending the long tradition of tolerating drunk MPs. Not on my watch" - noted the Marshal of the Sejm.
