US president Donald Trump stated on Saturday that the Cuban authorities are negotiating with the United States. According to the American leader, reaching an agreement with Havana will be easy. Trump besides stated that the current strategy of governments on the island is coming to an end, and the country is on the verge of a "great change" and, as he estimated, "a wonderful future".
