Which taxpayers will recover the VAT exemption in 2026?

Since 1 January 2026 entrepreneurs whose sales in 2025 exceeded PLN 200 1000 but did not scope the fresh threshold of PLN 240 1000 will be able to benefit again from VAT exemption. This anticipation was officially confirmed by the Ministry of Finance in consequence to the Parliamentary Interview No 12839 of 22 October 2025.
