Who says “zero tolerance for crime”

You can't keep quiet about threats from abroad gangs, but that doesn't mean you gotta scare citizens with immigrants. We cannot let all those willing in Poland, but this does not mean that people in the forest at the border with Belarus are allowed to suffer. It sounds liberal, but Polish liberal democracy does not see it that way.
