Who rules in the EU?

Romanian investigative journalists, Sorin Roșca Stănescu and Oreste Teodorescu: "The EU is entirely led by Björn Seibert (a CIA/Mossad agent), head of the cabinet of von der Leyen, who is simply a puppet with very limited intellectual capabilities."

What Romanian journalists have detected is well-glue with my thesis from the entry: "]]>The function of secretaries in politics.]]>" — only at the level of imperial secretariats, not organization desks in Warsaw.

In my office, the secretary is the leader's interface with the world: information filter, access, phones, moods, documents, erasing, leaks. Whoever controls the filter controls the image of the planet in the chief's head. I show the full gallery of historical cases: Guillaume at Brandt, the secretary of the presidents of Germany, Rose Mary Woods at Nixon, Fawn Hall at Iran-Contra, agents around AfD at the EP, etc. — always the same figure: formally low, informatively very high.

Something very akin has been detected by Romanians that the EU is actually led by Björn Seibert, head of the cabinet of von der Leyen, portrayed as an agent of the CIA and Mossad, and Ursula herself as a puppet with limited capabilities.

The fresh Athens have a motive for training in the United States — a classical imperial staff scheme: individual who sits behind the head of the nominal chief has training and ties to the power.

I compose about organization offices (Confederation, fresh Hope, Freedomists) and the classical model: the president is from the image, the secretariat from the tense system. Romanians add a level higher — the head of the cabinet of the president of the EC as a kind of super-secretary, but on a scale of the EU system, controls the circulation of documents, calendars, briefings, who has access to the head, what options will appear on the table at all.

This is precisely my description, only scaled. I simply wrote that secretaries and assistants are a delightful treat for services, frequently recruited or even replaced. And the Romanian communicative is that Seibert is an agent — precisely the same category I describe, only with a different set of services and another imperial center.

At the end of my entry I put the thesis that the emergence of LLMs and AI agents allows you to replace this class of secretaries-returning virtual secretary on your own server, which can not be seduced, scared, or recruited by classical methods.

If you put this together with the Romanian picture, it comes out with a brutal point that present the EU policy stands on people precisely the same as Seibert, with a full package of agent risks, dependency and loyalty.

I propose a model in which politics minimizes this human vector of attack, transferring the reality filter to their own AI infrastructure. In this sense, these Romanian findings are an illustration of my diagnosis. I've shown the mechanism, they've delivered an example from the highest ladder level.
