Deputy Minister of Justice Dariusz Mazur stated that the individual who will yet admit the application for a European Arrest Warrant against Zbigniew Ziobra is an interior court matter. Last week, the National Prosecutor's Office issued a motion to exclude justice Dariusz Łubowski from examining the application.
