There are fewer fixed points in the Universe, just as there are fewer fixed points in Polish politics. I think after 35 years since the celebrated systemic transformation, specified fixed points can be counted on the fingers of 1 hand. 1 of specified permanent points is the Chief of State Jarosław Kaczyński. How did he become a fixed point? It is hard for me to answer this question, due to the fact that in the 1970s, and even in the 1980s, Jarosław Kaczyński was not especially loud.
