On 26 October 2023, a court proceeding was held in Lublin by Fr Mirosław Matuszny, who was sued by the MP Katarzyna Kotula for the graphics released on Facebook. The Lublin-West territory Court already on the first date divided many arguments of the Life and household Foundation legal team. The case has been dropped.
This is another triumph of the Life and household Foundation lawyers – they previously won the transfer from Szczecin to Lublin. Now we have a drop in the first meeting. We are waiting for the decision of the court to be final due to the fact that possibly the MP Catherine Kotula He inactive wants to go into denial and appeal. Kotula herself did not appear in court for unknown reasons.
A picket was held in front of the court building, attended by people from conservative and pro-lifer environments. The Manifestation was accompanied by a banner with the image of Hitler, who legalized abortion for Poles and Catherine Kotuli, who raises the same postulate and, as a fierce pro-abortion activist, demands the re-legalization of abortion for Poles. Interestingly, this banner has outraged Mr Kotula, who has announced through the media that she has filed a suit on this matter.
The fact is, The abortion movement took over symbols and postulates from German Nazis. The left tries to force us all to ignore it. We congratulate the parent Father and we advise Mrs Kotuli to abandon the abortional (anti)ideas - Life for all kid is normal!
