KSeF has accelerated VAT refunds. But traders inactive gotta make excuses for them

After KSeF's entry, the fiscal must give back VAT within 40 days. And while it has current access to transactions, it calls on taxpayers to supply explanations and documents. Refunds inactive should be explained, experts say.
