KSeF and excise duty: the draft amendments to the exemptions went into interministerial arrangements [Project Regulation]

The interministerial arrangements included a draft amendment to the Regulation on excise work exemptions. The amendment adapts the provisions to the mandatory KSeF, which has mostly been in force since 1 February 2026.
