Fr. Bishop Szkoła: Easter is simply a vacation of absence, which becomes the deepest presence

Holy Mass on Easter Sunday was presided over and homily was given by Fr. Bishop Marek Szkudło, the auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Katowice. In his word,
“ This morning a stone from Christ’s grave and stones
of the graves of all who have fallen asleep in the sleep of death,
were not pulled by the force of human hands, but by force
God’s longing for man.”

The bishop pointed to the Gospel account of the discovery of an empty grave, which – as the evangelist John points out
