The Competition Gala was held on 5 November at the Warsaw School of Economics. 2 debates preceded her. The first is simply a debate. They took part: civilian rights Prof. Marcin Wiązek, Rector of Warsaw School of Economics Prof. Piotr WachowiakMember of the Monetary Policy Council Prof. Przemysław Litviniak and advisor to the president of the National Bank of Poland Prof. Elżbieta Chojna-Duch.
The peculiar guests of the Gala besides included: Minister of Agriculture and agrarian improvement Stefan Krajewski and chair of the Parliamentary Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry Urszula Pasławska.

• In category Education won the company Danone, which provides workers with opportunities for effective improvement through many educational programmes;
• In category Company Friendly to Persons with Disabilities won the company Truvant Europe, which has been awarded for consistent promotion of diversity and openness since 2017;
• In category Company Friendly Parents won the company Link4 TU S.A., which implements a number of very comprehensive pro-working activities;
• In category ESG Leader the company received the award Energy for long-term, consistent and exceptionally holistic sustainable improvement activities, coupled with company management;
• In category Motive the company received the award Benefit Systems for the implementation of a comprehensive and differentiated benefit package;
• In category SMEs the prize was awarded to the company Woodwork Tomasz Wróbel for a strategy of upskilling and integration and work-life balance. I am pleased to emphasize that this company is simply a two-time winner of the "Now Poland" Emblem, and the award was presented by Michał Lipiński, manager of the "Now Poland" Competition.

• In category Development and Digitisation The company won the award Tokai COBEX Poland for consistent implementation of digitalisation solutions that improve regular work, increase transparency of processes, support the improvement of competences and improve the comfort of workers;
• In category Volunteering won Group of Frogs, which created a programme based on 2 pillars – competence and squad volunteering;
• In category Health prize received PepsiCo for the creation and implementation of programmes that support workers in the areas of physical health, intellectual health, prevention, sports activity and family-professional balance.
Decision of the Competition Council Special Award received Polish Tourist Organisation – for contributions to training of the tourism industry.
Journalists were besides awarded the competition, for whom the work subject is very close. “Employer Trustworthy” Prize in Journalism category received: Tomasz Pietryga, the editor-in-chief of the diary of Legal Newspapers and Hubert Biskupski, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Super Express.

The competition is organised by the XBW Foundation of Ignacy Krasicki. The Honorary Patronage of the initiative this year was taken by: Ombudsman, Rector of Warsaw School of Economics, president of Warsaw Capital City, Ministry of Agriculture and agrarian Development, State Labour Inspection and Central Statistical Office. The strategical partner of the competition was the National Bank of Poland and the partners were the AMS and the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Above all, the common sense that liable labour policy is not just a substance of developing 1 or another company.
