Crisis around the TK budget. Święczkowski talks about “the blackmail of Tusk or Żurka”

The president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski did not decide on Thursday whether for the 3rd time the General Assembly of the Constitutional Tribunal would convene the General Assembly of the Constitutional Tribunal to adopt the Court's budget plan for 2027. At the same time, he assured that he did not intend to succumb to force or "no blackmail from Tusk or Żurka".
