The fuel crisis hangs over Serbia. Russian NIS owners want to surrender control

The Russians are ready to hand over control of the Serbian Oil manufacture (NIS) to a 3rd organization - she handed over Serbian energy minister Dubravka Djedović Handanović on Tuesday. NIS was placed on the US sanction list in January, as most of its shares are owned by Russian entities.
