Personnel crisis in the Russian army. The number of volunteers for contracts falls

This is the lowest score in 2 years – the worst consequence was recorded only in mid-2023, erstwhile a large-scale financial run was only beginning to encourage Russians to join the army. Since then, the state has offered always higher bonuses and privileges, trying to compensate society for rising losses on the front and discouragement of war. Today, however, the effectiveness of these mechanisms is weakening.
