‘The materials made available by the consignor should be classified as category 18+. They contain many manifestations of verbal and physical aggression, vulgar insults, threats and provocations. They should besides be labelled with a symbol of content containing profanity and, above all, protected against the access of minors," the KRRiT stated in the Communication.
If the infringements are confirmed, the Chair of the NRA may impose a punishment on the service provider.
