KRRiT Swirski lost in court. Regional announcements will get the money

They won regionally in the Provincial Administrative Court with the KRRiT. The Council made the transfer of subscription money to companies conditional on reporting. The court found this to be an illegal act and the resolution of the KRRiT annulled.
