KRRiT loses at WSA. Regional announcements are to get PLN 10 million

They won regionally in the Provincial Administrative Court with the KRRiT. The Council made the transfer of subscription money to companies conditional on reporting. The court found this to be an unlawful act and the resolution of the KRRiT annulled.
