KRRiT divided on the Zero tv Channel. erstwhile does it start?

The Zero tv channel made a request to the National Radio and tv Council to extend by 1 period the time erstwhile it must start the satellite issue. The KRRiT did not scope an agreement on this. prof. Tadeusz Kowalski, who sits there, informs Virtualmedia.pl that the regulator will reconsider the case on 17 December.
