The King pardoned almost 20,000 prisoners

Morocco's King Mohammed VI pardoned nearly 20,000 prisoners. This was due to his 26th anniversary of the throne. The Monarch besides called on the Rabat government to carry out reforms. The aim is to reduce regional disparities.
