Kremlin: Putin will not participate in the BRICS summit in July

Vladimir Putin will not take part in the planned 6-7 July BRICS summit in Brazil, reported the Kremlin press service. The reason for this decision is the concern about the arrest warrant of the Russian leader issued by the global Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
