For respective months now, the Russians have lost more soldiers on the front than they can recruit. As a result, the phenomenon of hidden forced mobilization increases. The Kremlin – in order to reduce political work for recruitment – shifts the work to indicate fresh recruits to companies and universities. From higher education alone, more than 50,000 people can be placed in the ranks of the army.
