The Kremlin attracts future soldates with degrees and passport

The first law, already signed by Vladimir Putin, is intended to "regulate relations in the army" in the field of abroad contract service. The paper clarifies that people who do not have Russian citizenship and citizens of another countries will be able to service in the Russian army not only during the state of emergency, war or in the course of armed conflicts, but can besides be called during mobilization. Military service agreements with specified persons are to apply until the end of mobilization, martial law or war.
