Consumer Credits: Firm force or bank escape from TSUE? The Anatomy of Luxembourg Avoidance

Is the expanding number of questions by Polish courts to the TEU on credit issues a consequence of force from law firms? The examination of the procedural practice proves that the evidence number of inquiries by Polish courts is in fact the consequence of the financial sector's tactics, which took the course of waiving proceedings in Luxembourg and avoiding adverse interpretations. This systemic problem has already gained an EU dimension and the most fresh questions for a preliminary ruling from Bulgaria can become the key to its resolution.
