Krakow has pushed through the thought of a clean transportation region for the second time - albeit with crucial changes. Lawyers, however, have their doubts about the announcement to "exempt" residents from the ban on driving old cars around the city. Nevertheless, they measure that the introduction of the SCT is simply a major challenge.
