Krakow corrects SCT. force from residents and better air quality change the debate

In the coming days, the Mayor of Krakow is to present a draft of changes in the functioning of the Clean Transport Zone. The correction will be a consequence to increasing criticism from residents, political disputes and fresh data on improving air quality.
