Kraków corrects the SCT. Resident force and better air quality change the debate

The president of Krakow is expected to present a draft of changes in the operation of the Clean Transport region in the coming days. The amendment will be a consequence to the increasing criticism of residents, political disputes and fresh data on the improvement of air quality.
