The work officer of the Municipal Police office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój received on Saturday (17 January) an incidental report, which was to happen the day before on the public transport bus. Under his coat he held a machete16-year-old and his 13-year-old friend had a fight with his peers – a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old. During the argument, a 16-year-old exposed his coat and showed a machete hidden underneath it. Threatening to usage it, he told them to get off the bus and go to the woods. erstwhile they arrived – police study – a 16-year-old was about to beat a 13-year-old. He besides utilized pepper spray and threatened to usage a machete, put it to his head. During the attack, he told him to kneel. During this time, his 13-year-old friend recorded the full incident. She besides struggled with a 15-year-old peer for her hair and threatened her that if she did not return her e-paper, the 16-year-old would beat her friend even more severely. 16-year-old didn't plead guilty. The police found evidence After reporting the incident, the police went into action. And a fewer hours after the call, they tracked both the attackers. 16-year-old didn't admit to assault. In his room, however, police secured pepper spray, and in the place where the assault was to take place, they found a machete and e-paper. A 13-year-old girl immediately admitted to participating in the event. She did not explain her behaviour, she simply stressed that “there had been an accidental quarrel on the bus.” Now the case of both minors will be handled by the court. The police have already handed over the files to the court. Police are inactive checking to see if there were safety cameras installed on the bus where the conflict started. A crime threatened by punishment for up to 12 years is not a “fun” or “equal conflict”. This crime is punishable by up to 12 years of imprisonment," recalls the police.And calls on parents and legal guardians to take an interest in what their children do in their spare time, in how and in how they spend it and in what content they make or watch online.
