Security and Defence Fund (FBIO), to which funds will be channelled from KPO, aims to strengthen Poland's defence and safety capabilities. It is intended to finance actions specified as the modernisation of defence industry, the improvement of strategical infrastructure and the improvement of innovative defence technologies.
Poland invests in defence and “crosss the tracks”
Friday at a conference on this fund, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stressed that "the EU and NATO will be stronger erstwhile we spend more on defence". At the same time, he noted that crucial appropriations were planned to be transferred to this purpose.

The head of the MON pointed out that Poland was creating specified a fund ‘crossing the tracks’, and Polish taxpayers realize that safety is simply a precedence and it is essential to transfer funds to them from another areas.
He besides assessed that investment in arms, cybersecurity and civilian defence is now a key issue and the government's main mission is to defend the safety of its compatriots.
– We gotta arm ourselves, be immune, scare no 1 Poland and Europe to attack – he said.
