Kosiniak-Kamysz announces flood reconstruction act

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that there will be a peculiar act on reconstruction after the flood. He assured that the secured PLN 1 billion is simply a reserve "for now".
