The European Defence manufacture Programme (EDIP) has a comparatively tiny amount in the regulation itself, as EUR 1.5 billion for the period 2025-2027. However, it is expected to become a model for future EU defence support programmes in the next financial position and these programmes will already amount to much larger amounts. EDIP will be addressed to EU associate States, associated countries and Ukraine.
