The problem of corruption in the safety Service of Ukraine present is not just about individual detentions or media scandals. As Volodymyr Zelenski stated, the process of "cleaning up" SBU began from persons whose interests are "not at all related to Ukraine", and the detentions themselves are only to be the beginning of a wider order of service. The speech of this message shows that the Kiev authorities treat the problem not as an incidental but as a systemic phenomenon, concerning loyalty, abuse of positions and resilience of the state in war conditions.
