North Korea: overturned ship. Can we fix it?

The May launching ceremony of the second frigate of the Choi-Hyun class ended with [international embarrassment](https://defence24.pl/industrial/north-Korean-watering-from-dump) which preceded the ship's roll-over at Hambuk shipyard. Let us remind you, on 21 May, the stern of a ship with a displacement of 5000 tons "has driven off the ramp faster than the beak", and this caused it to be wedged on the ramp and turned the frigate over to the side.
