North Korea will most likely send its troops to Ukraine

According to Politico on Tuesday, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Korea, Kim Yong-hyun presented the closest cooperation plans between North Koreans (KRLD) and Russia. It identified the current relations of both states as close to the military alliance.
