The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, announced the construction of a monument in Pyongyang commemorating the “heroism of arrogant sons of the DPRK (Korean People's Democratic Republic, authoritative name of North Korea – ed.)” who fought against Ukrainians in the Kursk Oblast, reports KCNA agency.
