Korea allocates $308 million for offshore strike helicopter

Korea Aerospace Industries announced the conclusion of an agreement with the defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) for the improvement of a maritime strike chopper based on the MUH-1 Marineon multirole aircraft. The presumption is to maximally unify the 2 machines that are expected to interact and be jointly operated by the Korean Marine Infantry.
