The latest complementary capacity marketplace auctions have been a complete success. Energy companies won public support for older coal plants for 2026. It is highly likely that the same blocks will besides win auctions for the years 2027 and 2028. 2028 is the last year in which older coal power plants can get public support. What happens after that date?
